AC Launch Refund Policy

Applies to: the $149 AC Launch setup fee, $39 monthly hosting and care subscription, and the optional $1,250 AC Custom upgrade.

We want the offer to be a clear, low-risk yes. Here is exactly how refunds work.

Setup fee (one-time)

The one-time setup fee covers the personalized build work that begins as soon as you purchase. It is non-refundable once we have started your build. If you change your mind before any build work has begun, email us within 48 hours of purchase and we will refund the setup fee in full.

Monthly subscription

• Cancel anytime. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
• When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and is not renewed.
• If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of that charge, we will refund that month's payment (prorated to the unused period).

AC Custom

AC Custom is bounded production work. It is non-refundable once custom work has begun. Before work begins, you may cancel for a full refund.

How to request

Email taylor.marrowlabs@gmail.com from the address on your account. We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first — we resolve these quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of Services.
