AC Launch Terms

Plain scope: AC Launch is a standardized website configuration for $149 setup plus $39 per month. It is not a custom website, website migration, ongoing SEO campaign, CRM implementation, or promise of rankings, calls, jobs, revenue, or payback.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of website design, hosting, and content services ("Services") from Marrow Labs ("we," "us"). By completing checkout you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Marrow Labs configures and hosts one mobile-responsive AC website from its locked HVAC design system. The core offer is a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly hosting and care subscription. AC Custom is an optional, separately approved one-page upgrade.

2. What's included

One hosted, mobile-responsive page using the Marrow AC template.
Approved business name, logo, locked color direction, phone, conversion path, and verified service content.
Domain connection, SSL, basic monitoring, canonical, metadata, sitemap, honest structured data, accessibility, and performance launch checks.
One consolidated factual-correction round before launch and one small factual update per active billing month under the Scoped Edit Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information, domain access, approved contact paths, and timely decisions.
Hold all rights to materials you supply. You confirm you have permission to use any images, text, or logos you send us.
Approve every public service, service-area, license, financing, warranty, availability, review, and other business claim before launch.
Comply with all laws, licensing rules, privacy duties, and advertising requirements that apply to your business.

4. Billing

The setup fee is charged once, at checkout.
The monthly subscription bills automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time (see the Refund Policy).
AC Custom is a separate one-time charge and does not expand the monthly care scope.

5. Ownership

Content and brand assets you provide remain yours. The AC Launch template and underlying Marrow design system remain Marrow property and are licensed to you while the monthly subscription is active. Upon full payment of AC Custom, you own the customer-specific delivered build, while Marrow retains its pre-existing systems, components, and know-how. Hosting ends when the subscription ends unless a separate transfer is agreed in writing.

6. Acceptable use & accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content displayed on your site, including any claims, statistics, testimonials, and required professional disclosures. We do not provide legal advice.

7. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is." Marrow does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, calls, booked jobs, revenue, uptime without interruption, or a business result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marrow Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
