AC Launch Scoped Edit Policy

Monthly boundary: the $39 plan includes one small factual update per active billing month, with a target turnaround of three business days. Unused updates do not roll over.

What counts as one update

• Changing existing contact details, hours, a short service description, or one service-area entry.
• Replacing one existing image with an approved, properly licensed file supplied by the customer.
• Replacing one existing review or short proof item after its source and publication approval are verified.

What is outside the monthly plan

• New pages, new sections, redesigns, custom layout work, or a new visual direction.
• Website, email, domain, CMS, data, or content migration.
• Custom forms, calculators, CRM or dispatch integration, or third-party software setup.
• Copywriting projects, photography, video, logo work, SEO campaigns, city pages, backlink work, or paid media.
• Work that cannot reasonably be completed inside a 15-minute monthly support budget.

How larger requests are handled

Marrow will confirm the boundary before beginning work. A request outside AC Launch is either declined, deferred, or quoted as AC Custom or a separate scope. Nothing is silently added to the monthly plan.
